Still I Wanna Kiss Her Hands...
Still I wanna kiss her hands,
But, alas, she’s in the “space” -
Black sea depths are now her place!..
In my dreams I see sweet face…
We were young and very bold,
Seldom listened what us told,
Everywhere saw only “gold”,
Weren’t afraid of heat or cold…
She liked me and I loved her,
Often laughed, and would prefer
Merry jokes like “foxes fur”
And so-called “a little bur”…
Ones on magic sunny day
We went out to find the way
To the famous “magic bay”,
Where green mermaids used to play…
So we reached some lonely coast
And decided for the first
Just to watch high tide’s slow growth,
But… she took off all her clothes
Faster than I understood
Dived in waves – was not so good
Such an action, I just could
See her swimmin’, shock was rude…
Sudden screech ran through the air,
When the mermaid, large, long-haired
Had arose exactly there,
Where my girl swam with no care!..
In a minute blur of foam
On the spot with size of swan
Was dissolvin’ till had gone…
And she never came back home!..
---------------------------------------
Growin’ older, gettin’ wise
I began to realize,
That I shouldn’t apologize,
But… my grief became a huge size!
But, alas, she’s in the “space” -
Black sea depths are now her place!..
In my dreams I see sweet face…
We were young and very bold,
