Happy New Year

So many things occur to me without consent
I’m left to endure this, got used to be repressed
But patiently I’m waiting for the end
My troubled mind one day will put itself to rest
As if by switching off the light, I shall return
To formless hassle of the cosmic mess
And there will be no “I” about to concern
But lots of you around will sing and dance
The fireworks in countless sparks arise
The cannonade is firing from all gear
Used rockets fall onto the river, chained by ice
Hangs on the wall another happy year.
